Once again Milan will be the center of attention for the latest trends: Fashion Week returns to the city from 19-25 September 2023. Milan awaits a total of 176 events with presentations, physical and digital fashion shows on which will be unveiled the women’s collections for Spring Summer 2024.
Above all, among numerous novelties and debuts are the first collection of Peter Hawkings for Tom Ford and that of Sabato De Sarno for Gucci, as well as the collection of Simone Bellotti for Bally and the first show of The Attico.
The first day of MFW, scheduled for September 19, will be dedicated to the talent scouting competition Milano Moda Graduate and the opening of the Fashion Hub of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana.
On 20 September a full immersion of 12 hours of fashion shows will get us into the heart of the event. Note: all the shows can be followed on the platform launched during the pandemic on the occasion of digital fashion weeks.
The show will be started by Iceberg, followed than by Antonio Marras along with Fendi, Alberta Ferretti, Etro and Roberto Cavalli. The fashion show day will be closed by Diesel, once again the brand made open the access to the public selling the tickets online (registration is opened from September 6 on diesel.com, subject to availability). Generally invitations for fashion shows are not available to purchase, fashion shows are exclusive events intended mainly for the industry insiders, VIPs and high net worth individuals.
Prada, Max Mara and Emporio Armani are among the unmissable brands on 21 September. However, all eyes will surely be on the first collection of creative director Peter Hawkings for Tom Ford.
On Friday 22 September at 15:00 the great expectation will arouse the debut of Sabato De Sarno for the maison Gucci.
On Saturday 23 September in addition to the pillars of the MFW such as Ermanno Scervino, Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana and Missoni, there will be the first collection of the new creative director of Bally, Simone Bellotti, followed by the first real fashion show of the brand The Attico.
Giorgio Armani closes the penultimate day with his fashion show at 17:00 in the historic headquarters of Via Borgonuovo .
The last day of the fashion week will be entirely dedicated to the digital fashion shows featuring newcomers, including Guido Vera, Maison Nencioni and Phan Dang Hoang along with Laura Biagiotti.
